Master Sa is a phenomenal teacher and instructor. I trained with him back ~10 years ago when I was younger and I only have fond memories. Saga Taekwondo school is a highly competition focused and perfect school for students who are serious about sparring. Both my son and I have learned so much from Master Sa. He has very strong tournament experience and emphasizes on fighting strategy, timing, footwork, and conditioning. Training is intense, well-organized, and designed to prepare athletes for real competition. Highly recommended!

My three kids have absolutely loved their Taekwondo classes with Master Sa, Instructor Royce and Instructor Ben at Saga! It has been an incredible experience. My oldest previously trained elsewhere, and the difference in style and technique is noticeable right away. I originally visited Saga Taekwondo to find a class for my 4-year-old. While she wasn’t quite ready to start yet, I was so impressed by the quality of the instruction and the welcoming environment created by the Sas that I ended up joining myself. The classes are a great workout, but more importantly, they are technically substantive—I leave every session having actually learned something.
My daughter has since joined the kids' program and is building a good athletic base and having a blast. If you’re looking for a school that balances high-level martial arts with a great community feel, I can't recommend Saga enough.

I really enjoy training at Saga Taekwondo! The training style is very focused on real competition and helps students improve a lot technically and mentally. The most amazing program. We finally found something where our 6-year-old feels seen and honored. Master Sa understands each of his students on a unique level and approaches them accordingly, pushing them to be their absolute best, physically and mentally.
